About the artist:
Elad Haggai Friedmann was born in 1975, Israel. As a teenager Friedmann attended a boarding school for the arts (in Mizpe Ramon, Israel),where he studied cinema and plastic art. Later on, as a student in Camera Obscure College (Tel Aviv), he has specialized in media and in artistic photography. Friedmann's art relies upon a wide variety of personal interests ranging from psychology and philosophy to music, and writing. These are all interwoven in Friedmann's deep inspection of the human soul. Although many of his works exhibit still life, they hold a unique power that metaphorically symbolizes the storms within the human soul. (Wooden Thoughts, SandRaven, Deserted Ends, Lucky To Reach Fall, Trails, Exile, Past Life, Feelings, Roots, Reflections)
Along side his artistic involvement, Friedmann is working as a freelance studio Art Photograper, Designer, and is also highly involved in academic projects that study visual perception (University of Haifa).
